Refund Policy

At Kleynot LTD, every piece of jewellery is crafted with care and precision. We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund in accordance with the policy below.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds for items returned within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible, the item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

• In the same condition as when received

 

Please note that custom-made or personalised jewellery cannot be refunded or exchanged, as these pieces are created specifically to order.

Earrings and sale items are eligible for refunds, provided they meet the above conditions.

 

Return Process

Before returning any item, please contact us at kleynotjewellery@outlook.com to arrange the return.

Once confirmed, items should be securely packaged and returned to the address provided.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable; refunds will cover only the value of the item(s) returned.

 

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order through our website.
